Population

The population of the study was the teachers/students of technical training centers situated in Lahore city.

Sample

The study was delimited to nine technical training centers and which institute affiliated with the board of technical education of Lahore.

1. Apprenticeship training centre town ship Lahore.
2. Government technical training institute Mughalpura Lahore.
3. Government training centre Raiwind road Lahore.
4. Government poly institute for printing and graphic arts Allama Iqbal town Lahore.
5. Vocational training institute green town Lahore.
6. Pak-polytechnic college moon market Iqbal Town Lahore.
7. Institute of education and research (M.T.E) Punjab University Lahore.
8. PITAC
9. Government poly technical institute for women, Layton road Lahore.

We selected 5 teachers and 7 students from each training center. This comprises an overall strength of 108 but we get back total 106 responses because 2 teachers did not respond. So the sample of the study was 106 (33 teachers and 63 students). They were selected from 9 technical training centers. I selected them using convenient sampling method.

The responders of the questionnaires were teachers and students of technical training centers.
