Statement of the Study

Training needs assessment on architecture technology is the statement of the study and its purpose is to analyze the training needed for the improvement in this technology.

Objectives of the Study

The objective of the study is to:

·         To analyze the training need assessment for the improvement in this technology.

·         To understand various factors and variablesthat contributes positively or negatively

·         To find out relationship between variables that contributes positively or negatively.

·         The up gradation of knowledge on the current established facts and underlying assumptions.

·         To check the possible acceptance of training need assessment against various factors that can effect directly or indirectly.

·         To fill the vacuum that has been developed due to negligence of this side of technology.

·          To find out a solution for the gap between demand and supply of this technology and the effects that organizations are facing.
