Dr Mujahid Kamran continues as the vice chancellor of Punjab University.

Dr Mujahid Kamran is the Vice Chancellor of University of the Punjab, Lahore. In Punjab University he has been teaching the subject of physics since 1972. He was a Fullmbright Fellow at University of Georgia, USA, during 1988 to 1989 and professor of physics at King Saud University, Riyadh, from 2001 to 2004. In 2008 he is selected as a Voice Chancellor of University of the Punjab. when his first period was going to expire he was selected as vice chancellor for second time. Now his second period is going to expired, He is selected again Third Time Vice Chancellor of University of the Punjab.
