Step one 1:

 Log in to your YouTube channel and go to YouTube studio

 Step one 2:

 Then go to Customization option, below of Monetization;

Step one 3:

Click on Channel branding tab as shown in image;

Step one 4:

After going to branding tab scroll down your side bar and go to "Video watermark" Select your logo, (logo size must be 150X150 px) I below image i am already selected an image so that you can see the option of Change and remove. In last you need to select a radio button of "Entire video" and Click on "Publish" right corner of your page.

Congratulations your YouTube Channel branding watermark is added to all of your video, play any video on another tab and check.
