Job Description:
Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and in digital form. Dealing with queries on the phone and by email. Greeting visitors at the reception.
Work includes internal administration work, preparing reports and some human resources functions. Dealing with employee related issue.
Salary QR3,000 Full package

Requirement:
Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role (HR experience is an advantage)
Solid knowledge of office procedures
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
Must be how know about fixed asset administration.
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent writtena dn verbal communication skills
