Hiring: Administration Executive Job
We are looking for an Administration Executive to join our team on a 3 months contract basis in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative activities
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors
Maintain office records and documentation
Support employee on boarding and office operations
Manage travel, facilities, and general admin coordination
Ensure smooth functioning of office activities
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Administration / Office Operations
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Immediate joiners preferred
Location: Chennai
Duration: 3 Months (Contract)
