Process of Need Assessment Analysis

The needs analysis is a systematic process including several subsequent processes:

·         Collecting data by means of clearly defined methods and instruments (questionnaires, interviews, focus-groups, document research etc.)

·         Identifying priorities and establishing criteria for finding a solution to a problem;

·         Taking action for improving/creating a product, service or a combination product-service;

·         Establishing criteria for allocation of various resources (material, financial, human, time).
